White Belt (10^th Level)

Horse stance:	Adults: 1½ minutes Kids: 1 minute
Must Perform:	Say Fone Say Bay Straight leg kicks Basic punches

Yellow Belt (9^th Level)

Horse stance:	Adults: 2½ minutes Kids: 2 minutes
Must Perform:	Kune Lay Kuen Snapping kicks Stationary double punches One-on-one point sparring Break a single 1″ thick board

Orange Belt (8^th Level)

Horse stance:	Adults: 2¾ minutes Kids: 2½ minutes
Must Perform:	Leung Jet Guan Combination kicks Moving double step punches One-on-one point sparring Break a single 1″ thick board

Green Belt (7^th Level)

Horse stance:	Adults: 3 minutes Kids: 2¾ minutes
Must Perform:	Dai Jing Kuen Combination kicks and punches One-on-one continuous sparring Break two 1″ thick boards

Blue Belt (6^th & 5^th Levels)

Horse stance:	(For 6^th level) Adults 3½ minutes / Kids: 3 minutes (For 5^th level) Adults: 3¾ minutes / Kids: 3½ minutes
Must Perform:	(For 6^th level) Fu Mei Darn Doe (For 5^th level) Adults: Kuan Yan Guan / Kids: Chun Kuen Spinning & combination kicks Basic classical & running step punches (For 6^th level)One-on-one continuous sparring (For 5^th level)Two-on-one continuous sparring Break two 1″ thick boards using hands and feet

Purple Belt (4^th & 3^rd Levels)

Horse stance:	(For 4^th level) Adults: 4 minutes / Kids: 3¾ minutes (For 3^rd level) Adults: 4½ minutes / Kids: 4 minutes
Must Perform:	(For 4^th level) Adults: Sam Lo Kuen (For 4^th level) Kids: Kuan Yan Guan (For 3^rd level) Adults: She Fa Doe (For 3^rd level) Kids: Sam Lo Kuen Classical jumping kicks Running step combination punches (For 4^th level) Free spar two-on-one (For 3^rd level) Free spar three-on-one (For 4^th level) Break two 1″ thick boards (For 3^rd level) Break three 1″ thick boards

Brown Belt (2^nd Level & 1^stLevel Black Belt Candidate)

Horse stance:	(For 2^nd level) 4½ minutes (Black Belt Candidate) 4¾ minutes
Must Perform:	(For 2nd level) Ton Kuen (Black Belt Candidate) Jeet Kuen Jump spinning kicks Classical punches 10 Eagle Claw techniques (For 2^nd level) Free spar three-on-one (Black Belt Candidate) Free spar four-on-one Break three 1″ thick boards with hands and feet
Must have assisted the instructor for 6 months.

Black Belt – 1^st Degree

Horse stance:	5 minutes
Must Perform:	All previous requirements All Classical Kicks and Punches 10 Trapping Hand Techniques 20 Eagle Claw Techniques 10 Throwing Techniques Free spar five-on-one Break four 1″ boards with foot Break four 1″ cinder blocks with palm Running, bag work, gymnastics
Forms:	Tam Tui Jeet Kuen Ton Kuen Chun Kuen Shi Fa Doe Kuan Yan Guan 2 open forms
Must have assisted the instructor for one year and have total knowledge of the history, founders and principles of our style.
Must be sponsored by a black belt and presented to Grandmaster Lee
